To open an account and use the services at lb18, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

lb18 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation from a user at any time for verification purposes. lb18 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

lb18 supports financial transactions through the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

lb18 provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. The following conditions apply to the use of these offers:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 20x must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

  • The bonus applies only once — to a single account per user.
  • The time limit for meeting the wagering requirements is set by lb18.
  • The wagering contribution may vary depending on the specific game.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

lb18 has three VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on activity and contribution.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus funds are tracked separately from real money.
  • lb18 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • If a bonus offer has specific conditions, those will be stated on that offer's page.

Gaming Rules and Restrictions

All gaming activity on lb18 is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Users must follow the rules below:

  • Any bet or win obtained by exploiting a software error or technical issue will not be considered valid, and lb18 reserves the right to void that transaction.

  • Collusion with other players, coordinated betting, or any other form of cheating is prohibited.
  • Placing opposing bets on the same outcome to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) will be treated as fraudulent behaviour.
